The following is a checklist to ensure that your booking is successfull.

Booking Checklist:

One month before:
1. Contact us at least a month in advance
2. Request and complete a booking form with all your information
3. Request a lesson plan template for you to prepare learners
4. Complete the necessary excursion forms for approval from the department
5. Get consent forms signed by parents (available on request)

On the day of excursion:
1. Our program is from 9:00-13:00. Please be on time.
2. Bring along consent forms signed by parents
3. Have a name list ready to hand in at the security gate
4. We do not charge an entrance fee but schools are requested to provide their own food and transport
5. We take a maximum of sixty learners per day.
